Robert serves as the creative lead for Publicis Communications Lausanne, including oversight of global creativework for PMI. He has spent the past 25 years crafting campaigns for a broad array of global companies and brands,including P&G, PMI, Heinz, Fiat, PWC and ABInbev. In addition to spending 7 years at Leo Burnett in Amsterdam,Robert`s career includes creative leadership roles in Belgium, France, Germany, and since 2018, Switzerland.
Arnaud Debia
Global Creative Development Director - Ipsos Geneva

Arnaud Debia is the Global Creative Development Director at Ipsos in Geneva, Switzerland. He has dedicated his career to  research creativity and better understand how it can be more effective and  more meaningful to people. With 30 years of experience in advertising agencies such as McCann, Lowe, Havas, Publicis, and Leo Burnett, Arnaud has worked with clients in the FMCG, Health, and New Technology sectors, developing award-winning campaigns.
At Ipsos, he has worked with clients such as P&G, Danone, and Nestlé to develop strong creative development processes. Arnaud leads Ipsos' global Creative Development research and "The Misfits Way" project, which focuses on the importance of empathy in the creative process. He is also the host of the "Creative Journey" video podcast, featuring interviews with brand leaders and creative directors, which debuted in 2024.
